My current blog series aims to generate discussion around common stereotypes of Asian American females. Asian American females are often oversimplified, hyper-sexualized and typecast. Unsatisfied by the lack of representation of Asian American females in media, I have interviewed a number of Asian American females who prove that contrary to popular belief, we are not all the same, we don’t all look the same and we want you all to know.
